Rooms
Bright thanks to the large windows. The furniture is of very dark wood and the ceilings are high. All recently renovated to superb standard.
Restaurant
(2) have views of the river. One is used for breakfast and is the more traditional one. The other restaurant ""Pfeffermuehle"" is more elaborately furnished with highbacked chairs with floral patterns and wrought iron work linking the wooden supporting columns. There is also a wine cellar bar called Dudelkeller which has red bistro style table and chairs set beneath a low ceilinged white arch.

Boppard is one of the most picturesque villages along the river Rhine.
Location
The hotel is located directly on the promenade of the river Rhine on the edge of the beautiful city center of Boppart. River cruises depart directly in front of the hotel and offer a fantastic choise to explore the Rhine valey with its famous castles.
Rooms
The small rooms in brown and beige colour scheme are equipped with basic wooden furniture. The bathrooms are small and like the rooms in good condition. Part of the rooms have balcony and a fantastic view of the Rhine.
Restaurant
The spacious breakfast room has good views of the river. It has large windows and consequently is very light. It is also used for groups-lunch or dinners. In addition there are 2 restaurants - the ""Le Gourmet"" which offer international light cuisine and the ""Kanne"" for a more informal meal. It has a tiled floor, wood panelled walls and intimate alcoves. The restaurants are open from May to October. The large dining room ""Burgkeller"" in the basement, with its adjoining bar, doubles as a discoteque or venue for bands at the week-end during the summer season.
General
Due to its location this hotel is a fantastic option for budget travellers not only to explore the city of Boppart but also the unique Rhine valley with its medivial castles.
