Location
The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Eisenach on the edge of a business Park on a hill opposite the opel car factory on one side and beautiful countryside on the other. Eisenach town centre is a 5min drive away.
Rooms
The rooms are large and airy with big windows overlooking a mixture of wooded hillsides and the modern car factory. High quality double glasing ensures the rooms are quiet. The colour scheme in the rooms is pale and neutral with clean, modern furniture. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.
Restaurant
The hotel's cosy bar and restaurant are located adjacent to the lobby. The decor is based on detroit with black and white photographs, baseball bats, advertisement plates and old fashioned coke dispensers giving this part of the hotel a typically '50's atmosphere.

This is a fantastic hotel for the budget traveller exploring Eisenach and the Wartburg.
Location
Built in 1937, today's Winters Land hotel was a pilots and aviation education-centre. 60 years later, the entire property had a major renovation and transformation into a 66-room 4-star-hotel and became the Winters Land hotel only a few minutes drives to centre of Eisenach.
Rooms
The rooms are very spacious and equipped with all modern facilities like telephone, satellite TV and radio. Both, rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.
Restaurant
The hotel has a traditional restaurant "" Bel Air "" which used to be the pilot's casino. There is a bar as well a terrace and beergarden which are opened during the warmer season of the year.

A very original hotel in a beautiful country side location and highly recommended for travelers who are looking to explore Eisenach, Weimar and surroundings.
